On Wednesday September 26, 2018, at approximately 15:04, Iselin Fire Dept Dist 9 was dispatched to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Garden State Parkway South Bound mile marker 103.8. Upon arrival with Squad 9-6, Captain K.Pirozzoli established command and confirmed a two car motor vehicle crash with heavy entrapment and an unresponsive driver. FF D. Lullo & FF J. Cammack stabilized the vehicle and extricated the patient, FF/EMT P. Rebovich stood by at the pump panel. Firefighters also assisted removing the patient with ALS and BLS. Dist 9 crews were assisted by Fords Fire 7-1 as well.
