| Fire Prevention Week is October 4-10, 2015. The fire company will be holding an open house at House 1 (Green Street) on Wednesday October 7 at 7 PM and at House 2 (West Kelly Street) on Monday October 5 at 7 PM.
Residents are invited to attend the open house to learn about fire safety. Everyone is encouraged to take the time to ensure that smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors have fresh batteries and everyone in the home is familiar with what to do when the smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector activates. This is also a good time for everyone to practice their exit drill in the home.
