At 7:30 AM, Districts 9 and 11 were dispatched to Route 1 South and Ford Avenue on a car fire. Upon arrival, Deputy Chief Gethard reported an SUV on fire. The crew from Engine 9-2 quickly stretched an 1 3/4" handline and extinguished the fire.
