Districts 9 and 11 were dispatched to Route 1 South and Gill Lane for a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, Chief McPartland reported one person entrapped. Crews from 9-5, 9-6, and Rescue 11 deployed 2 sets of hydraulic rescue tools to free the driver.
