| Iselin District 9 was dispatched to a commercial high-rise building for the reported dumpster fire. Upon arrival Deputy Chief 9-0-3 established command and confirmed there as was active fire next to the building. Engine 9-2 arrived and immediately deployed the deck gun to bring the blaze under control and prevent the building from any damage. Engines 9-5 and 9-6 arrived to establish a water supply from a nearby fire hydrant while additional hands lines were pulled from Engine 9-2 to extinguish the remaining flames. Chief 9-0-1, Ladder 9-2-4, Rescue 9-3-3,and District 11 Ladder 11-2-1 arrived to provide additional support. |
