Firefighters from Iselin District 9 and Colonia District 12 sharpened their skills at the Middlesex County Fire Academy practicing in live fire scenarios. These various scenarios run under the watchful eye of Fire Academy Instructors allowed newer firefighters to become familiar with the techniques needed to extinguish a blaze and provided an opportunity for newer drivers to practice pumping water from a fire engine.
