Several firefighters from Iselin District 9 recently became certified as Rope Rescue Technicians after completing a rigorous qualification course. Although there are no mountains in Iselin, these specialized skills are critical to safely rescuing those in need from our many parking garages, high-rise commercial buildings, and roadway overpasses.
